Our Story & Mission

About Us

Learn about the team behind the Qdoba Nutrition Calculator — why we built it, how we source official menu data, and our commitment to accurate, free nutrition tools.

Welcome to Qdoba Nutrition Calculators — the internet's most accurate free tool for calculating calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, and full nutrition facts for every item on the Qdoba Mexican Eats menu. We built this site because we were tired of guessing what was actually in our Qdoba orders, and the official nutrition information was buried in a PDF that was hard to read on a phone while standing in line at the register.

This page explains who we are, why we built the Qdoba Nutrition Calculator, where our data comes from, and how we keep it accurate as Qdoba updates its menu. If you're here looking for the calculator itself, it lives on our homepage. If you want the complete data table for every menu item, visit our Qdoba Nutrition Facts page.

Who We Are

Qdoba Nutrition Calculators is an independent nutrition tools website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Qdoba Mexican Eats or its parent company. We're a small team of people who love Qdoba, track our macros, and got frustrated that there wasn't a fast, free, mobile-friendly way to see calorie and macro totals for a custom Qdoba order before we ordered it.

Our team combines backgrounds in nutrition research, fitness coaching, and web development. We eat at Qdoba regularly, we build bowls we actually order, and we test every update to the calculator against real menu items before we publish it. If something doesn't match what you see at your local Qdoba, we want to hear about it — that's how we keep the data trustworthy.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data, serve popup ads, or require sign-ups. We don't collect personal information beyond basic anonymous site analytics that every website uses. We don't push affiliate products. The Qdoba Nutrition Calculator is, and will remain, 100% free to use without creating an account.

Why We Built the Qdoba Nutrition Calculator

Qdoba's menu is one of the most customizable in fast-casual Mexican dining. That's great for flavor but terrible for tracking. A chicken burrito from one order to the next can swing by 400 calories depending on whether you chose queso or pico, brown rice or cilantro-lime rice, guacamole or no guac. Pre-built calorie ranges don't tell you what your actual order will be.

The tools that did exist were slow, outdated, or built for desktop. None of them worked well on a phone — which is exactly where you need them, standing in line waiting to order. So we built one. The Qdoba Nutrition Calculator loads in under two seconds on mobile, updates every number in real time as you add ingredients, and works without an internet connection after the first page load.

The Three Problems We Set Out to Solve

  • Speed. You shouldn't have to wait for a page reload or tap through ten screens to see your calorie total. Every click on our calculator updates the Nutrition Facts panel instantly.
  • Accuracy. Most third-party nutrition databases are years out of date. We pull our numbers from the official Qdoba Nutrition Brochure and refresh whenever Qdoba publishes a new version.
  • Trust. We show our work. Every value in the calculator and on the Qdoba Nutrition Facts table is traceable back to an official Qdoba source document.

Where Our Nutrition Data Comes From

All nutrition values on this site — calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, cholesterol, saturated fat, trans fat, fiber, sugars, and allergen data — are sourced from the official Qdoba Nutrition & Allergen Guide published at qdoba.com, supplemented by the PDF Nutrition Brochure Qdoba releases two to three times per year.

The current dataset on this site reflects the 2026 Qdoba Nutrition Brochure published in February 2026. It includes every 2026 menu addition: the Cholula® Hot & Sweet Chicken, QuesaBirria Burrito, Citrus-Lime Shrimp, Surf & Turf Bowl, Brisket Birria Keto Bowl, and the Double Protein lineup.

Why You May See Small Differences at Your Local Qdoba

Qdoba meals are hand-built, not factory-portioned. The calorie and macro values we publish are based on standard serving sizes defined by Qdoba's official brochure. Your actual order can vary by 5–10% depending on who scoops your rice, how heavy the queso pour is, and whether you got a double portion of protein. The numbers on our site are accurate as references, not as exact measurements. If you're managing a medical condition that requires precise tracking, we recommend confirming with the specific Qdoba location.

How We Keep Our Data Accurate

We update the Qdoba Nutrition Calculator whenever one of four things happens: Qdoba releases a new official nutrition brochure, a new menu item launches, an existing item's recipe changes, or a user reports a discrepancy.

Every data update goes through a three-step verification process. First, we cross-check the new values against the source PDF. Second, we test the calculator end-to-end with several sample builds to confirm the math still adds up correctly. Third, we update the "last verified" timestamp in the calculator's data-source panel so you always know how fresh the numbers are.

When We Last Updated the Data

The full menu database behind the Qdoba Nutrition Calculator and the Qdoba Nutrition Facts table was last rebuilt from the February 2026 official brochure. Minor updates happen monthly as new limited-time items launch or existing items are reformulated.

Who This Site Is For

The Qdoba Nutrition Calculator was built primarily for people who care about what they eat but still love Qdoba. Specifically:

  • Fitness-focused eaters tracking protein and macros for muscle gain, fat loss, or maintenance.
  • Keto and low-carb dieters who need to know net carbs before ordering — Qdoba's three dedicated Keto Bowls are some of the best low-carb options in fast-casual dining.
  • People managing health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol who need accurate sodium, carb, and saturated-fat totals.
  • Vegetarians and vegans identifying plant-based menu items and planning balanced vegan builds with the Fajita Vegan Bowl and Impossible™ Plant Protein.
  • Allergen-conscious eaters who need to filter menu items by Milk, Soy, Wheat, Gluten, Egg, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nut, Peanut, and Sesame flags.
  • Parents choosing lower-calorie, kid-appropriate Qdoba meals from the Kids Menu.
  • Anyone curious about how many calories are in a Qdoba burrito, bowl, quesadilla, or taco before ordering at the counter.

How to Get the Most Out of This Site

There are two main tools on Qdoba Nutrition Calculators, and each one is designed for a different use case.

Use the Calculator to Plan a Custom Order

If you're about to order and you want to know the exact calorie and macro total for your specific build, use the Qdoba Nutrition Calculator. Choose your base (burrito, bowl, taco, quesadilla, salad, keto bowl, or nachos), layer in your protein, rice, beans, cheese, salsa, toppings, and sauces, and watch every number update instantly on the Nutrition Facts panel.

Use the Table to Look Up Individual Items

If you already know what you want and just need the nutrition facts for a specific menu item — like checking how many calories are in a Chicken Queso Burrito or how much protein is in Grilled Steak — use the sortable Qdoba Nutrition Facts table. It lists 100+ menu items with their full nutrition breakdown, allergen codes, and diet filters.

Our Commitment to You

We built Qdoba Nutrition Calculators to stay free, fast, and accurate forever. We commit to the following:

  • No sign-up walls. You never need an account to use any tool on this site.
  • No data selling. We don't track you across the web, and we don't share any information with advertisers.
  • No outdated data. If Qdoba updates its menu, we update the calculator. If we find an error, we fix it publicly.
  • No paywalls. Every feature — the calculator, the nutrition facts table, the diet filters, the allergen badges — is 100% free.
  • No generic content. Every guide, comparison, and FAQ on this site is written from actual Qdoba menu experience, not copy-pasted from other nutrition databases.
